Refund and Returns Policy

At Royal Scent, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of fragrance products, certain restrictions apply to ensure product safety and quality. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The fragrance product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of tampering or damage.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products, except in the case of a defect or shipping error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened, used, or tested fragrance products.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved fragrances.
  • Fragrance samples, testers, or gift sets.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged fragrance product, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a return, exchange, or refund for the defective or damaged item.

To process the return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Royal Scent Showroom, +603 9224 2388 to report the issue and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage for quicker resolution.
  3. Once the return is approved, securely package the item and ship it back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the package.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 -10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
  • Any promotional discounts or offers applied to the original purchase will be reflected in the refund amount.

5. Exchanges

We only replace fragrance products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please contact us at [Customer Support Email/Phone Number].

6. Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible products:

  2. Package the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your fragrance, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; processing times may vary.
